This is Adash’s latest addition to their extensive product line of vibration analyzers. The VA5 adds new features such as touch screen, onboard camera, IP65 rated sunlight readable display with an option for infrared imaging, and ultrasound. With 25,600 Lines of Resolution and a powerful 64-bit internal processor, it will process data on all four channels at 64kHz with no “auto gain” required, making it faster than some of the competition for about half the cost. With a five-year warranty and lifetime on sensors and cables the yearly cost of ownership is a fraction of conventional systems that charge annual fees for software and warranty support. The VA5 firmware includes not only the route modules, but adds at no cost, a Balance program, Machine Transient module, Octave Analyzer, FASIT automated fault diagnostic tool and their exclusive Recording module allowing you to record the signals on all four channels and post process as if live.

Analyzer: Select the type of measurement and the measurement settings and take all the predefined measurements simultaneously.
Route: Used for day to day collecting, create your route with the points in the DDS software. Transfer the data collected to DDS software to analyze data and watch trends.
Runup: Allows the user to control data saving. For example, when speed changes, time change, or asap etc.
Recorder: This module “records” the raw signal from the machine. You can replay this recording over and over and apply desired settings.
Balancer: This allows you to perform one or two plane balancing jobs of rotating equipment.
Fasit: (Fault Source Identification Tool) automatically detects machine faults like looseness, misalignment, unbalance, and bearing faults.
Stethoscope: No need for a screwdriver to hear bearing noise. This tool allows you to listen with headphones from 4 channels.
Lubri: Measures the actual lubrication status and notifies you when the lubrication state is optimal.
Octave Analysis: Octave Analysis measures audible sound. Connect your ICP mic and measure sound.
Bump Test: No settings needed. Place the sensor on the structure and hit with the correct hammer.
ADS: (Animated Deflection Shapes) This software allows the user to visualize the vibrations of machines with animation. This can be done directly on the VA5.
Ultrasound: Detects air leak, bearing faults, and electrical arcing.
Camera: This module helps keep you organized. It allows you take pictures of any issues that you may notice.
IR Camera: The infrared camera allows you to find any overheated bearings, loose connections and other industrial issues.
Gallery: Screenshots, IR images, and camera images are all stored in one place.
