Condition Monitoring Products ships to the United States and Canada, depending on the product, as there are some manufacturer restrictions. We use a variety of shipping options. These options include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. This depends on which carrier will be most efficient per order. We typically ship Ground/Standard but expedited is available (additional fees may apply). Buyer owns goods in transit. If any shipping claims filed, it must be done by the buyer.
Refund/Return policy
The original sales receipt must be included in returns.
CMP accepts returns for refund or exchange 7 calendar days after the product is delivered. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we may offer store credit or an exchange only. The returned item must be in “new, unused, and unaltered condition” which is defined below.
- No signs of wear or damage.
- Must be returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. No returns allowed after 7 days.
- Must not be a custom/special order.
- If it is noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than the 7 days noted in the item’s description.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection once CMP receives it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged or not being exchanged. A reminder, you must contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item sent from our store. Items returned to us after 7 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if CMP is not at fault.
