The Vibrio M EX version is the only Class I Div II ATEX (Euro rating Ex ib IIC T4 Gb) approved single channel vibration data collector in its price class that offers onboard diagnostics and includes the software required to build and maintain routes and analyze data. It is an excellent solution to monitor vibration levels in hazardous areas by collecting route-based data.
This instrument allows you to perform basic vibration diagnostic measurements such as lubrication assessment, identifying mechanical faults, and bearing conditions. Many of the measurement techniques are processed automatically. It’s unique, Adash system automatically detects machinery faults.
The Vibrio M EX comes with 4MB of memory for data storage. This allows for route and off-route measurements. Adash’s free DDS 2016 software can be downloaded from the AdashAmerica downloads menu. It is sold as a complete system with a quality ATEX piezoelectric sensor, magnet, and coiled cable for industrial use.
